| Deposit and Cancellation Policy |
Deposit Policy
• All bookings require a deposit
• $100 deposit for any booking of 8 + days duration
• A deposit equivalent to one night’s fee for any booking of 1-7 days duration
• Advanced bookings (6-12 months in advance) require the deposit to be paid by Jan 31 in the year of the booked dates. A phone call to reconfirm advance bookings would also be appreciated in January. |
Cancellation policy
• Deposits are transferable to new dates, subject to availability.
• Refunds will be given with prior notice of 30+ days, less an administration charge of $20
• A refund of 50% of the deposit will be given if the booking is cancelled with 8-29 days prior notice. An administration fee of 50% of the deposit amount is charged.
• If the booking is cancelled within 7 days of the arrival date, the deposit is forfeited |
