| Karumba has a long history with flying boats and amphibious aircraft using it as a refueling and repair stop during WWII. |

Across the street from our caravan park are the main street shops of Karumba.
Facilities include:- Butchers, Chemist, Supermarket, Cafe and further down the road are the Post Office, Westpac Bank agency and public phone booths. |
